The London Design Awards is an important part of the London Design Festival and, over the past 15 years, has become one of the most influential awards in the British design industry. Covering more than 40 professional categories such as architecture, interior, graphic and product, with participants spread across three continents, the awards aim to recognize individual or group designers who have made great contributions to the industry in the international design field, encourage innovation and promote the prosperity of the market. Past winners include: Peter Savile, Mark Newson, Paul Smith, Zaha Hadid, Thomas Heswick, RON Arad, ronan and the Elwyn Brothers.
