本项目由一家位于福建武夷山度假区主干道上的废旧国企培训中心改造而成，在它建成之时设计师感叹到：“设计与做茶同理，投入情感与否结果全然不同！第一次踏入这处已经荒弃的院落之时，我们就已经感觉到了与它缘分的开始！之后所有的付出也注定了悦武夷如今的呈现！”

悦武夷茶生活美学酒店建筑面积8000多平米，公共区域园林面积7000多平米。改造后的酒店共有12种房型120多间客房。通过对“隐和岩茶”气质的提炼和创新，结合武夷山天然元素，营造出一处具有武夷山茶文化特色的东方美学庭院空间。

对于静、禅与岩茶文化内涵与意境的深入研究成为了酒店建筑空间布局、建筑形式打造以及景观及室内设计的核心。本案对静、禅的全新诠释可以概括为“诗情画意、点茶问道、花朝月夕、焚香醒然”。将中国茶文化与生活美学禅的理念相融合，以悦为最终核心导向，营造舒适、悠闲、放松、惬意的美学生活空间。

建筑外部的设计风格融合了灰瓦白墙的徽派建筑，使用堂、墙、廊、台、院与石、水、竹、木连接现有空间。一些墙体围合出私密空间、营造一些意外的惊喜，而廊道为身处多雨的武夷山区之中的庭院空间增加了情趣场景且同时为游客遮风挡雨！当地老房子木结构的再次利用，让空间有了温度和记忆点，同时也实现了建造材料的就地利用，实现低碳环保的设计意愿。保留园区现场一百多颗古树，最大程度实现设计改造与环境最大程度的协调。

茶文化被解构到酒店VI、设计、建设、装修、管理经营和服务等系列过程之中，通过视觉、触觉、听觉、嗅觉、味觉、心觉六感联结茶文化和酒店空间，向消费者倡导茶文化的美学生活方式。文化及生活方式的导入结合当地旅游季节的天然气候，使酒店的室内外公共空间延续一贯暖暖的风格，形成一种阳光、舒适、健康的空间氛围。而每间客房的内部装饰设计各有千秋，空间营造各具特色，茶元素、茶味道恰如其分地体现在其中。

北京无象空间建筑设计统筹建筑、景观及室内设计，协调改造重建过程中所有专业领域，亲自重复测量、绘制数据资料，克服多雨潮湿的施工季节，扎根现场，及时处理和调整设计建造过程中遇到的各种实际问题。在武夷山度假区寸土寸金之地，这一个占地面积近15,000m2的公共度假空间俨然已经成为一处集茶文化体验空间、美学住宿、悦茗食饮、悦茗堂文创商业等功能于一体的综合休闲旅游度假场所。

Yuewuyi tea life aesthetics hotel has a building area of more than 8000 square meters and a public area garden area of more than 7000 square meters. The renovated hotel has more than 120 rooms of 12 types. Through refining and innovating the temperament of “hidden and rock tea” and combining with the natural elements of Wuyi Mountain, an oriental aesthetic courtyard space with the characteristics of Wuyi Mountain tea culture is created.

The in-depth study of the cultural connotation and artistic conception of static, Zen and rock tea has become the core of the spatial layout, architectural form building, landscape and interior design of hotel buildings. The new interpretation of tranquility and Zen in this case can be summed up as “poetic and picturesque, asking for tea, blooming and burning incense”. It integrates the Chinese tea culture with the concept of life aesthetics Zen, takes joy as the ultimate core guidance, and creates a comfortable, leisurely, relaxed and comfortable aesthetic living space.

The exterior design style of the building integrates the Huipai architecture with grey tiles and white walls.
